ABOUT
We love the Franches Montagnes and adore our house in Lajoux. We decided to open our house to friendly people and rent it out to other enthusiasts of this unique area.

We love food.
Our kitchen is equipped with an induction range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a Magimix cooking robot, a strong blender, sous-vide equipement, a gas-powered outdoor grill,
and a barista-style coffee machine with milk frother

The shop in the village is well assorted and also sells some local specialties
Take in the view
Our house was built to maximize the peaceful view over the horse pasture to the village below.​
Entertainment:
Three of the four bedrooms have their own TV screens that fold away. The main room has a large TV and stereo system. There are video games and a very small slide upstairs
Housekeeping

We provide linens for bed, baths and kitchen, hairdryers, a scale, shampoo and emergency amenities in case you forget to bring something.
​
The house has a washer and dryer.

Local shop
​
The village shop sells lovely local products.
Tête de Moines cheese
​
The farmers here produce the milk, the only factory in the village produces the instrument "Girolle" to enjoy this unique cheese
Watch making
​
This area is where some of the exclusive Swiss watch making happens. You can book a workshop and even make your own high-end watch to take home.
